I dunno, I'm drooling over your mousepad. I'd like to keep my hands on that.

A cookie to you for having the same background as I do... an ATOT "gift" I believe.

I too had a "computer room/Den" with a desk and nice chair.

Then I had a revelation:

DESKS ARE FOR WORK

At home I've thrown my 19" monitor on the cofee table, the two computers sit besides the couch, I sit on the couch (with my feet on the cofee table if no one is looking) and the Keyboard sits on my lap.

In my field of view from left to right: wife, TV, computer monitor fire place.

In other words heaven

KVM is the cheap Linksys bestbuy is selling for $32 shipped.

Anandtech thread on $32 linksys KVM

The cables that come with the KVM are short and high quality, two things that help keep the image degradation almost non-existent.

I had a belkin KVM but it was a POS for gaming. It took forever to switch and would loose the mouse at least once or twice a night. Linksys is quick and rock solid. You owe it to yourself to give it a try if you are looking to save desk space

No cans here, but the keg is on the balcony.

Here's mine.

It's in the corner of our family room. The TV is out of the frame to the left and beyond it is corner fireplace. Couch is opposite TV. All my entertainment in one place. ;-)

HERE is my room in the Garage. Not fancy, but 250 square feet on sound proof space. UT2003 at midfnight is great. Built it 2 years ago and all but live there most of the time.

Dont laugh at my old Yamaha speakers, years ago I paid over $200.00 what a rip.
I use my Sennheiser HD570s almost always.

And yes that is the coconut monkey.:D

Man, I see a theme going here. KSJO sticker, Max Payne Mouse pad, Coconut Monkey cutout, Comptia cert, MCP cert, Kenny, Yamaha speakers, (well not those speakers)! other than that, looks like mine.
:D
