need mobo w/ PCIe and AGP

I think my mobo is going bad and I can't afford to buy everything right now. I have a 9800pro right now and want to go pcie a little later, and am fine w/ sticking to my s754 processor. I haven't found what I'm looking for yet, as I've only seen 939 ones but maybe you guys could point out one I've missed?
 
there is none that support both efficiently. you may find some crippled solution, but they don't worth it imho. I would rather just buy an AGP one and update everything later. Selling the current system may cover for some of the cost of the next update.
