need mobo tray and i/o shield w/ slots for custom case

so instead of wasting my moneys on a over priced case that probably wont suit all my needs ive decided to make my own desk case.

currently i have a 18Wx24Dx36H kitchen cabinet, it has a drawer on top and a 2tier shelf in the bottom, i plan on putting the mobo on the top shelf and cutting out the back to fit a mobo tray or a I/O shield w/ 7-slot pci and just use stand offs on the wood.

but im a little torn apart right now as all i can find for mobo trays are ones with 80mm rear fans, im looking for one with a 120m or better.

or if i go the i/o shield w/ 7slot way then i'll just have to make holes for fans..

the cabinet will be to the left of the desk and the bottom is being chopped down to give me a little shorter height, (As it sits its 40" tall) and i'll be sitting a 4ft piece of counter-top on top of it and making some 2x4 bracing and legs for the right side. i kind of wish i had a longer counter-top but my last one got ruined from the hurricane that just passed.

anyways, i was seeing a few old postings that people were able to buy acrylic trays and i can't seem to find any on the web now.

amazon is off limits as i only have paypal $ to spend.

so what do i need? i need either a mobo tray with a 120mm fan on the back, or a i/o shield w/ 7-slot.

also if anyone knows where i can find some decent cheaply 120mm fans i need to buy 4 or 6 depending on the pricing
