Need mobo to overclock 2.4A to 3.2Ghz

I have a radeon 9700, 512 Mb of pc2700 and a prescott 2.4A

Can someone gimme the name of a mobo that comes with integrated sound and ethernet (don't care about raid and vga nor serial ide, nor yadda yadda) that'll allow me to overclock that cpu to 3.2 Ghz. Something cheap.

Get a 2.4A to 3.2Ghz with pc2700 ram?! Hm....

With pc2700 memory, I would go for 167 fsb (3000). You won't notice much difference in performance. Your cpu will run rather warm anyway. The msi pt880 neo-LSR was one of the boards that hard/ocp used in their overclocking test. It goes for about $60 at several pricewatch venders, and comes with a via dual channel memory chipset.
