Need mobo recommendation

Gonna make a secondary rig for an E4400 which I plan to OC to about 3Ghz and I want to use an mATX mobo to save space. Are there any good mobos for OCing that are mATX sized?
 
No matx mobos can be recommended at this time? That's not good for intel given some of the AM2 mobo reviews I've seen in matx htpc setups.
 
Well the new Gigabyte P35 matx board seems to be doing very well. I was waiting for that thing to come out for months before I ended up buying a F-I90HD on sale at B&M frys in a moment of weakness and have been very happy with. I paired it with a SGO1E silverstone and I LOVE my matx. I put it next to the sub in my living room and it looks hawt! I got 2.7 conservatively on stock volts-I wont go any higher with integrated graphics enabled.

I almost went with AMD for my matx but even at 2.7-3.0 your gonna get better performance than you will from a 3800am2 at that same speed.
 
e4400 with bsel2 mod on an asrock conroe945g should be able to do 3 ghz, I am running a e4400 on the conroe945-dvi at 2.5 ghz right now, I will be doing the bsel2 mod on the e4400 soon. Its a good cheap motherboard with a bundled dvi si card. 3 ghz is the peak though since it doesnt have core voltage adjustments, but for 60$ it is good enough for me
