Depends on your budget since the newer DDR mobos cost a bit more overall. Also, the IWill KK266 is also up there among the big boys in stability and overclocks well to boot. Furthermore, I do believe the A7M266 is a bit hard to find since it's limited production and the K7T266 *might* still have some resistor issues. Basically, the DDR platform right now is still a bit shaky so if you really need to get a system right now, why not seriously consider the tried and testes SDRAM solution? My 0.2c.
