Need Mobo hole pattern for custom case design

I am building a custom case and have been searching the Web high and low to locate a place where I can get the physical dimensions of the hole patterns for the xl-atx mobo's (Gigabytes and Asus's). I have already been to www.formfactors.org but the hole patterns in there are minimal and I don't believe show all of the hole mounts for the xl boards. Any good ideas would be appreciated, thx.

I believe those large boards such as EATX, can chose which hole to and to not implement. You'd probably be better off getting a board first, then building around it. I'm looking at a custom case for a dual xeon rig myself.
