Need mobo advice for socket 939

Seasonic S12 500w
& some other stuff 🙂

Which mobo would be best for overclocking my cpu to around 2.6ghz and still has a decent set of features and a good chipset? I cant use DFI because apparently DFI mobos and Seasonic PSU's dont play nice together.
