Need Mobo Advice for Fileserver

I am going build myself a fileserver.
I am buying :
6 x 320GB Western Digital Sata HDD
buying old antec fileserver case from a buddy for $40
buying a used 450W Antec PSU for $30
512MB DDR2 cheapo Generic Ram $50

For CPU i am either going with AMD 3200+ M2 CPU or Intel D820 2.8Ghz dual core or any cpu... I don't care about which cpu i buy but i need to know what motherboard should i buy.

The motherboard needs to have more than 6 sata slots each capable of raid 5 ;(
This Fileserver is going to be cheap 🙁 so recommend me a mobo a price below $140 please.
Also what Os do you recommend using :? Windows 2003 or linux 🙁

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't buy a "used psu or hd" spend a extra 10-20 and get a new psu...

Linux is free, don't think Windows 2003 is free...

Regards,
Jose

jose is right, used HDs or PSUs are only asking for problems. he is also right about the OS...
as for a mobo, this abit might be a good choice for you: mobo
it has 9 sata ports, raid 5, and a sata controller. it also supports the c2d just incase you decide to go that route 😉
cheers!
