Need misc parts

I reused a lot of parts from my previous i7-920 build for my new IB setup. I want to pass on what I have to a family member, but need a few parts.

I need the following:

Case
Heat sink/fan
PSU

I will be reusing:

i7-920
12GB RAM
ATI 4890
WD 1TB HD
SATA DVD Drive

My goal is to have something of a smaller size and quieter for a family member. Everything will be purchased in the US from either Amazon or Newegg for convenience. I don't want to spend much more than $200 if possible.

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146076 - $40 + free shipping

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371030 - $63 including shipping

Heatsink / fan - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835233081 - $29 + free shipping

Total = $132. Power supply and heatsink / fan could be obtained cheaper if you wait for sales, but $40 and free shipping for that case is a pretty decent deal. Will the family member be upgrading the system at any point? May be worth getting a larger power supply if video card upgrade or crossfire is a possibility, but that power supply is more than enough for one 4890 and an i7 920.(I have even ran 2 overclocked 4890's on that same power supply for a brief period of time, wouldn't recommend it but it powered them fine)

That's about all I need. This will be mainly a light use machine with minimal to no gaming. I will probably end up under clocking everything to cut down on power usage.

Icecold's list looks good to me. A 4890 with an overclocked i7 920 would draw something like 350W from the wall, so you've got plenty of headroom in the PSU.
