Need memory recommendation.

Over the last 6 months, I have collected enough parts to build a brand new system. I finally got it put together this weekend, but am having problems with my memory. I bought Kinston Hyper-X PC3200 memory, but it's causing random BSOD's, so I think it's bad. I don't want the same stuff again as once something fails on me, I don't give it a 2nd chance. Thus I need suggestions on new memory.

My rig is designed for overclocking. I have a A64 300+ Winchester core and a Epox Nforce3 mobo. I have an XP-90 heatsink with a good fan on it in a Antec P160 case with 2 120mm fans. My tems are pretty low, 40*C regular and 45* peak. Right now I have my old PC2700 memory that is overclocked to PC3200 in the system and it is running very stable. However, I need better memory before I attempt to overclock it. My target overclock for my CPU is to reach 2.4MHz, but my minimal goal is 2.2MHz.

I need memory that will overclock to this level easilly at PC3200, but that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. I can't afford the top end stuff, but I know the "value" segment isn't good enough. Thus can someone recommend some good mid-grade memory that will overclock to my needs, but that wont break my bank account. I need two 512MB chips for dual channel mode.

your ram has lifetime warranty no point of ditching it. Your temps are actually pretty high considering I have a shuttle (sff) and my idle is 34C.
