Need Memory Option

I am currently building a computer right now and here are the specs:

ASUS P4C800E-DLX
Pentium 4 3.0C GHz w/ Hyper-Threading Technology Retail
2x512MB PC3200 Dual Channel Kit EL-DDR Enhanced Latency

I was planning on getting this OCZ memory but i am having second thoughts. Since their is a dual channel and a normal type of ram.
Is it better to have the dual channel or normal. What are the differences???

or is their any other types of ram i could get in order to get maximum performance.

I do not plan on overclocking until the whole computer is built with a water cooling sys

Dual channel for P4's just means you use 2 sticks of the same make/model of memory, each stick itself is single channel and you don't need to pay for a "twinx" set of 2 sticks unless you want to.

If you aren't overclocking (or are overclocking but not at 1:1 ratio) you could just get a pair of Crucial 512MB PC3200 sticks instead.
