Im ordering this motherboard tonight and i need memory i am not going to overclock this will be a business PC i just want stability. I want 2 512 or 4 256 and i will be pairing this with a P4 2.4C. thanks guys

buying 2 512mb pc3200 or whatever makes you happy will do just fine. Remember the higher the speed the higher your bandwidth will be.

i've used that motherboard and a lot of other dual channel boards from Gigabyte, MSI, shuttle, etc.
I've found that memory with Samsung chips works the best. I haven't had 1 stability issue with all
of the machines built with that kind of memory. I have had poor to no luck with VT memory chips!
hope that helps!

p.s. My 865PE in my home system here runs (2) 256MB Samsung DDR400 sticks!
