My guy thats going to build my PC is a damn idiot and ordered UN-registered ram for my new Athlon-FX which requires registered memorty. So here is my choices.

1. Let him order the right stuff (From Corsair) which will take another 5 to 7 days

2. Let him use a local RAM supplier (not Corsair) get comp in a day

3.Go on newegg or somewhere and buy the Corsair RAM myself and have it built in about 3 days.

Is the difference between 3200 DDR RAM from a non name brand and Corsair XMS 3200 DDR noticeable? I've put all top noth stuff in my comp and I'd hate to skimp now, ive just been waiting so long to get this thing put together! What should I do guys, is the Corsair performance worth the extra wait ?

Probably the mobo forum would get you more replies.

If you don't know, why did you pick it? Most likely non-prestige brands will perform to the specs they claim. If you want to OC, or otherwise exceed specs, you are going to have to choose carefully, or accept your fate if it can't perform.

But if you waited a lot already, you should wait to get what really want. There are not very many things that go without a hitch. I hope that is the answer you wanted.
