Need memory advice for photo editing/gaming rig

I've linked the best DDR3-1866 memory I could find for the value/price from pcpartpicker.com's memory list. Although I'm not sure what to get. Will be using the computer for Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign + FPS games and MMOs.

I don't know how much impact memory has on photo editing, but I'm willing to spend $200+ if it makes a big difference. I've read that it's best to stick with 1.5 volts? Any suggestions would be a big help. Thanks.

Rest of the system.

I'm under the impression that there is no difference in performance from the highest end fastest clocked memory to the lowest possible clocked memory your board requires.

Thanks, man. That'll save some money.

Just looked at some performance charts and it's amazing how similar they are all.
