Need MB suggestions with difficult requirements

I need to design a computer that will be inside of a clean room. What this basically means that there are to be NO fans. Again, cannot have fans.

So that means I need to decide on a MB with no fans, but I also need a motherboard that can accomodate 5 PCI boards. I have heard that filling up PCI slots on a motherboard can cause problems.

Can anyone suggest a motherboard that fits these requirements? I don't mind if it is a AMD or Intel. It does not have to be a fast CPU either.

Look at the Soltek SL-KT600-RL The Board at $73
It is a KT600 chipset board and has 6 pci slots. You SHOULD be able to use 5 of them and run ok. Also the northbridge has a GIANT Heatsink, but NO fan.

And the CPU will be cooled how? The power supply will cool itself how?

You're going to have to use a Pentium-III board, put a VIA C3 on, and use a fanless power supply.
