Need MB for XP 2000+

What is a good motherboard for the AMD XP 2000+ for around $100 (cheaper would be great but I am willing to spend more as well).

I will get the 2000+ and 512MB DDR RAM to finally upgrade my old T-Bird, just need to decide which motherboard to get.

edit: Forgot to say that stability is important for me.
 
i would get something based on the kt333 chipset (probably the best of the current chipsets... although the nforce2 and kt400 are both around the corner 🙂 )

EPOX EP-8K3A+, 6 channel sound, RAID, 2700DDR support for 98$+S&H@Mwave.com. Great board, great value, and if the overclock bug ever bites you it's one of the better boards for doing it. The MSI KT3 ULTRA-ARU appears to be an excellent board as well.
