Hey, all. Pretty soon I'm going to have to build a replacement PC for my parents, and I think they'd be happiest with a small, micro-ATX case. However, I still want it to be as fast as possible, and that means overclocking.

So my question is this: Can I get a micro-ATX board with all the essential overclocking features? Here's what I need...

>>>adjustable FSB up to at least 300 MHz
>>>PCI/AGP lock
>>>adjustable memory ratio 133/166/200 (AMD)
>>>adjustable, asynchronous memory frequency (Intel)
>>>adjustable CPU voltage up to at least 1.60v

I don't care which socket or which platform it uses.

Does such a thing exist? Any help would be appreciated!

That socket A board looks interesting, and it reminds me of a question...

Are mobile CPUs unlocked? Which ones aren't?

I believe all Socket A mobiles are unlocked so if they are in a laptop they can clock slower to save battery power.

Some XPs are also unlocked.

All those feature you described with a bios update.

I haven't heard a definitive answer as to whether the BIOS update fixes the memory ratio problem on that board (cf. <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=29&threadid=1608608&e
