Hey everyone... just needed to know some info on case cooling... I will write what I have and what temps I am getting, anyone who has ideas on air cooling tips to help me get the temps down, let me know...

here's what I have:
Duron 750 @ 1000 (runs at 35' C idle, 48' C full load)
Global Win FOP 32-1 Heatsink with artic silver
Abit KT7A mobo
Geforce2 MX with blue orb heatsink/fan
one case fan blowing in up front

I think the main problem is that my case is quite ghetto, and has no room for a fan in the back (besides power supply)... I am contemplting whether to get another case, or just put a 120mm fan on the side (blowhole) blowing in... suggestions... the problem I have running this system at 1 ghz is that when I play a game (ie tony hawk pro 2) the system won't even run it... Thanks for help

Overclocking again effect stability in games however your temps seem ok so you can try better cooling which may or maynot work, getting a good cooling case is always a good idea, have a look at the Antec range here .

You need to keep the case pressure positve. Which is having more air coming in than going out. If you have too many exhaust fans and not enough intake it then defeats the purpose of the intake fan because it cant keep up with the removal of air. I can't picture what your case looks like but I see you having maybe 2 chioces. Cut the hole like you said you might do and install the intake fan in the side, preferably over the processor, and if you can cut well make some vents to help aid in exhaust. Other option is buying an Enermax power supply with case cooling. They have one exhaust fan and one case fan built in. Serves as dual purpose. The only thing you need to check with is if they make a power supply that will fit in your case.
