he had the system clean install (after purchased a MX card), yet occasionally the system will crashed.(everything, except the mouse pointer)

Yes, have increase the voltage from 1.7 to 1.8V as we speak. (it run stable w/ 4MB PCI card @ 1.7V)
he only got a NIC (for dsl) and SB16 ISA onboard.

To avoid, the IRQ sharing, we had the PCI 3 open.
I have never seen the problem like this......everything freeze except mouse??????????????????????????

Backoff the O.C. and see if it will freeze.

running at 566 now, and the CPU is cooling w/ ORB, open case.
it crash when browsing IE 5.1 (ICQ on), and no problem when playing UT.

this is strange.
