I am testing a few plotters here, 36" and 48" wide, on coated paper, heavy weight coated paper, gloss paper, and heavy weight gloss paper.

I'd like to be able to print out some cool images. Any suggestions? I'm looking for sexy, cool, interesting, artistic, natural ... just any image worthy of printing and hanging somewhere.

Images need to be VERY, VERY high resolution.

I have a bunch of pics of the world at night, but they are 21600 x 21600 in the range of 200 MB each in PNG format. 1.34 GB for the whole world once assembled. Is that high enough :p

I use a 42" plotter at work and at 300dpi that's 12600 pixels wide. I've got some weird test renders with Bryce 6 that I've been doing if you want. They're only 3800px wide though.

I have a picture in the area of 27583 x 4016, so about 110MP

http://fuzzybabybunny.smugmug.com/gallery/1650557#80682276 <- not the original

and another one that's 12534 x 2272, so about 28MP

http://fuzzybabybunny.smugmug.com/gallery/1650557#80682277 <- again not the original

and a smaller one at 3453 x 6381, so about 22MP

http://fuzzybabybunny.smugmug.com/gallery/1650557#82318641 <- not the original. NOTE that if your printer needs CYMK, this photo is a bad bad choice because CYMK cannot reproduce the deep blue color of the sky.
