Need link for older motherboard manual

[YEAHYEAHYEAH]

Wanting to upgrade my son's components and manufacturer (Matsonic) has poor site and no e-mail response. Tried Motherboards.org and althoughMatsonic islisted in manufaturers, the MOBOT doesn't produce the motherboard. It's an MS 7308d/e in his manualand there is a bios update for d and another for e. Trying to figure the diff. Want to upgrade Celeron to highest compatible PIII, but don't know which bios supports what. Much new components have come out since his last bios flash.Need to know if power supply will be issue, too. I'm going to do this at Christmas and will be driving to him (14hrs away) so need to have everything ready to go before long. Any help appreciated!
(I would just build him a new one like I am for Brother in law and wife's parents, but I can only afford so much. HA!)

For more info go here... MS7308E. From what I can read the E has onboard 10/100 LAN (ethernet) while the D does not have.
