Need IP Spoofing Tool to test firewall

Hello,
I am working on a project at work. I have a Netscreen VPN/firewall, I have performed several attacks on a server on the trusted side from a PC on the untrusted side, sniffed the attack and the SNMP traps sent. With this information I write some internal documentation to be used for trouble shooting.

However, I have not had any luck finding Windows software that will allow me to perform any flavor of IP spoofing attack. Does anyone have any information that they think would be helpful? I would realy rather use windows software than Unix. I can get around Unix but I have no experience installing and compiling Unix software.

Thanks!
Doug

nmap under unix/linux is your best bet. Get it from Insecure.org. You can also get nmap to run under NT, but I've had a lot of performance and reliability problems with it. Check out EEye.com for nmapNT. Let me know if that helps.

This only gives you the ability to scan with spoofed addresses. If you need more specific packet crafting capabilities, I'd have to look to find tools, as I don't know them off the top of my head.
