Need interview advice

So I scored a second interview with a really nice company and the exact position that I am looking for and dressed up (full suit +tie) for the first interview too. But the second time around, one of the guys that interviewed me called specifically to mention that the dress code is casual (they will be wearing jeans). My usual dress code is pretty laid back, which really shines out at an MBA class that I am taking (EE grad student).

So my question is, dress casual (and obey - I am also most comfortable in jeans), go halfsies (khakis and dress shirt - but not my usual style) or full on suit (not likely since I'd be going against the norm for this case. I've always over dressed if I could but how do I handle this situation?

Thanks,
Jassi
