Need input on OCing a Xtasy 6564, if its not tooo much trouble.

My friend just bougt a retail Visiontek Xtasy 6564 (G3 Ti 200) and he wants to know what would be a safe range for him to OC to.
I dunno the ns rating for the ram but as soon as I do i'll post it.
As for cooling, its just gonna be the stock cooling but he also has 2 case fans.

Went up to 240/500, but decided to leave it at default 170/400. Got a video card dated week 45 2001.
