I'm tired of looking for an overclocking MATX board, cuz they're virtually non existent, especially for Intel. So now what I'm looking for is the most stable motherboards, post your boards model and manufacturer, as well as the Vcore as read by CPU-Z (low high and average) or similar program, and any other issues/likes/dislikes you have about the board.

That's right, pretty much non-existent. Best you'll get would be FSB options.

Probably any board would be stable if stuff was run at defaults.

If you really do want to overclock and need the mATX form-factor, have you considered socket A? Get a mATX board with a modern chipset/feature set and a mobile processor. You can use the pin trick to get whatever voltage/multiplier/FSB. Alternately, get a mATX P4 board that supports Prescotts, then get the Deleron 315, break off the appropriate pin and have a $67 3.4GHz CPU.
