Artic Silver Thermal Paste is for thermal conductivity
Artic Silver Thermal Epoxy is an adhesive that promotes thermal conductivity
The Epoxy comes in 2 parts (to be mixed)
You can add 1 part Thermal paste to the Epoxy mixture to weaken the bond a little in the event that you would choose to remove (said fan or ram sink etc..) at a later date.

I used the triple mix to attach my Blue Orb but there is guide to do it otherwise here

If you want to sand (lap) your heat sink, you can get wetdry sandpaper from an auto parts store for about 50 cents a sheet. I used 600 grade, 1000 grade and 1500 grade to make it shiny.

The copper spacer I used was the DTS400 from www.cpufx.com because it is finely machined and has cutouts for the feet and bridges.

My Tbird still runs kinda' hot anyway, but my northbridge is chillin'
