Need input on Digital Camera/Web Cam, please...

I need a webcam/digital camera and would like some suggestions. I was looking at the Samsung SDC-80, because it was inexpensive, 850,000 pixel, has a flash (removable), and a LCD video display, but with a serial port input (not USB), I'm assuming that it's not compatible as a webcam. Anyone have any suggestions on a camera that has around 1Megapixel resolution and has the above features of the Samsung and a USB input. I would like the LCD, flash, memory card, TV out to view images on TV and have the ability to put it on my monitor and use it as a webcam. Anyone have something like this?
