need info on compatibility issues b4 i buy parts

ok guys, after many hours of research, i've come up with the following components for my first self-built comp.

CPU: AMD 1.4 AYHJA
Motherboard: ECS K7S5A
Video: MSI Starforce 831 GeForce2 Pro 64 mb DDR
Heatsink: Thermalright SK6 + Artic silver II
Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech Freedom iTouch
CDRW: Plextor 161040A
DVD: Pioneer 16x dvd 40x cd
RAM: Crucial 256 mb DDR parity
Harddrive: western Digital 40 gig
and this is what i need help with

Case: either the Antec SX830 w/ 300 watt PS OR the Enlight 7237SX w/ 340 watt PS
i cant decide between the 2 cases. loove the looks of antec, but it has 300 W ps as opposed to Enlight's 340 W. would a 300 watt power supply suffice or do i have to go with the enlight 340 W? the antec comes with 2 case fans whereas the enlight only as 1. I know heat generation and power consumption are BIG issues for AMD, esp the 1.4 ghz. so u see my dilemma...

SO what should i do? get the ANTEC or ENLIGHT?
also for people who has experience building computers, do you guys see any compatability problems with the components i chose? if so please let me know. you can even email me.
