Well, to start, I live in Canada, and I want to order some stuff from Razor Computers.
Their method of shipping is COD (cash on delivery). So will the stuff show up at my door or at the post office? And it says Canada Post accepts certified cheques or cash for COD orders... what exactly is a certified cheque? Thanks for any info.
