Need Info on Acer 2216/Chimei 221D

I'm looking at these 22" monitors. If you have either could you tell me if the the black bezel is a flat matte black.

I really don't care for the shiney bezels that reflects all the light.

Also, I'm pretty sure neither of the monitors have the shiney screen like HP uses.

Thanks for your help, and BTW please make any comments on the performance of either monitor.
