Need info on a motherboard.

Okay, this is the first time I have been here, so I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

I am looking to build a new system and want to base it on the Soltek "Purple Ray" DDR333 motherboard. Does anyone here use this board in their systems and if so, is it a good board to run on? I am going to get it, but I am just looking for some "real world" usage info.

Thanks for the link! That provided a lot of good info (esp. about the OC ability of this board!) but it brings up a question....

What is the RedStorm bit? I have read that it was on the board, but what does it do?

And also, I would love to hear from people whom own the board.

Redstorm is a technology where the BIOS adjusts itself for maximum overclocking without you having to keep changing things manually and rebooting.

The folks over at amdmb.com highly recommend not using it as many people end up with dead boards when using it.

LOL... Thanks for the warning... I shall definatly stay away from that option then. I have patience, and therefore I could OC this machine I am building myself.
