I am trying to make hotel plans for a weekend trip up to northern Ohio to go to Cedar Point and an Indians game. Plan on coming up on a Friday night and staying at a hotel relatively close to CP. Any recommendations? 6 adults and cheaper the better.

IS THERE ANY NIGHT LIFE UP IN SANDUSKY? Would like to have a hotel near it, else all of us might have a long walk back.

Any recommendations for a Cleveland-area hotel? How long will it take to travel from Sandusky to Cleveland? Want to be somewhere close in Cleveland to the Indians game, but more so closer to night-life things to do on Saturday nite.
 
go to put-in-bay island for night life. when i went to cedar point, we went to cleveland to see the rock and roll hall of fame (?) and it wasnt too bad of a drive from our hotel near cedar point. we stayed in best western.
