using biostar 6100 939 and amd 3200.
installed cpu and memory on mobo and power to mother board and fan cooler for amd. turned on power switch and the cpu cooler doesnt sp[in. the 4 led on mobo says cpu error. must i connect monitor mosue and keyboard to see if it posts? plz help, going crazy
