Need info about older laptop memory

My neighbor wants me to upgrade his TI Extensa 655CD laptop (I think it's a P200 or so) from the standard 16MB memory. I'm trying to figure out whether it's proprietary or if any EDO ram with the right pin config would work. Anyone know? I know it's EDO because that's what the Crucial website says it is but they don't give any additional info.

So basically, can I use some generic type ram or will I have to go with something that is made specifically for the Extensa.

TI = Texas Instruments,ArkAoss

You'll have to hunt around a little more to see if it's proprietary. Try Kingston's site (don't know the URL off hand) and see if the model number of their memory upgrade gives you any clues.
