I'm buying opteron 148 for $240 to replace 3200+
he's willing to pay $160 for my winchester core 3200+
good deal? yes no? higher lower price?

NO, price checks are not allowed, regardless of how you format them. Does that answer your question?
 
Sell the winchester for 110-100 bucks man..seems fair enough to sell old technology to him. It's almost as powerful as an overclocked 3100+ sempron these days (@ 2.069 ghz 😉 )
