Did a turkey/ham combo for Thanksgiving this year, so I want do something else for Christmas. Not sure to do a Mexican theme or maybe Polish (yes, I'm polish), though I don't really know any polish foods.

Any ideas? Or, what do you plan on making?

My gf's family does steak and lobster every year. Old family tradition apparently.

Turducken!

Weak. How about a Turgooduccochiqua? It's "a quail inside a cornish game hen inside a duck inside a chicken inside a turkey inside a goose". With bacon in between the layers.

Wow. I feel humbled! Looks like a Turducken, but with extra baconie goodness!

Sure... you can get a Turducken with sausage stuffing, but you just can't beat bacon!

We need an ATOT variation of this... maybe a Turkey stuffed with Steak AND Bacon. How THAT would be some serious bulk beef!

That's what we're doing. Just make sure to sear the outside, then bake it until it hits 135F in the center. It'll cook itself to 145-150 as it sits after your take it out.
