Bildung = Education (Die Schulbildung)

Gilbetet = I have no idea. The word "Gebetet" is the past-tense of word "to pray" or "prayed".

I think "gebildet" is meant, which means educated (as in a participe)

So, Bildung = Education
Gebildet = educated (or more losely translated, smart)
