Looking for one preferably around 15 dollars for use with athlon 2600 or 2800 xp maybe a bit of overclocking. Looking for something that's pretty small, hopefully not much more that 80mm wide as it'd conflict with my psu. Also quiet and effective. Thanks.

Btw how effective would stock cooling be? Is the stock fan loud?

$15? and good for overclocking? Are you serious?

If you are going the mobile route (*which if you do get the 2400+, 2500+, or 2600+ any other mobile isn't worth your money) And if you want an inexpensive cooler that will allow you to overclock, then you have little choice but to go XP-M. If any of your buddies happen to have a stock cooler than by all means grab that... you should be able to marginally oc with it, but if you want your temps to be low, you will need something significantly coppery....

That circular hsf would not fit in my case, way too big. I need one that's not much more than 80x80mm. The Spire looks like it'd be good, people have it running athlon 2800@37 degreees and it's really quiet. Isn't that aluminum though? Btw I'm not talking about extreme overclocking. Anything else? What about about if I increased my budget another 5-10 dollars? Please throw in as many as you can.

L00K HERE

The Falcon Rock Hs's are very popular and inexpensive. I've used these on XP's and they are great but I never OC'd so I can't say how far they will go. The reviews look positive, if you believe in Newegg's reviews. They usually don't post unless you close with something like "NEWEGG ROCKS!!!!!!"
