Need HSF for a BE-2400

I'm currently creating a teensy tiny server 08 build(SQL hosting and possibly some remote torrenting) for the cheapest amounts I can muster while keeping low electrical costs in mind...

As of right now this is where the build stands:

Enclosure/PSU: Antec NSK3480 w/ Earthwatts 380W PSU (possibly for $45)
CPU: AMD BE-2400 ($28)
Memory: 4GB (2x2GB) Crucial 6400 DDR2 ($26)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2 ($44)
Storage: 2x Seagate 7200.10 320GB drives (leftovers)

I'm riding at $98.60 right now and I haven't bought the case/psu yet. I want to keep the build as low as possible and under $150. If I buy that case/psu combo (I hope Fry's drops the shipping cost so it will hit that price) that will leave me not much for a heatsink/fan. I already have plenty of left over 120mm fans (tricools) so if there's a HS I can buy to get the job done I'm all game. It won't need much since I won't be overclocking or anything... I just want something that will yield quiet results, doesn't cost a lot... but gets the job done and under my budget. Why the BE-2400's don't come with stock HSF's... I don't know lol.

I mentioned that it didn't come with a HSF and that I am in need of one... so I don't really understand what your reply was saying. The BE-2400 comes in retail packaging, but like the 5000 black edition and others, it does not come with a stock HSF. Now as I asked, I could use some recommendations for a cheap HSF to complete my build.

lol well if there's a microcenter near where you live, the xigmatek hdt-s1283 is $14.99 after rebate

Nope nope no Microcenter nearby. Regardless this is a budget build not so much for performance or anything... no overclocking etc. To spend almost 10% of the total cost of the build on a HSF that's just meant to hold over is just too much. It's a server build that just needs something to keep the CPU at a reasonable temperature.

Cheap socket AM2 HSF for $8 + ship. I bought one for my BE-2400.

Btw, if you're is retail, care to share how you managed to get one for that price? Do you have any current coupon codes? I would like to pick up another BE-2400.

Well I received one through Newegg for $25 during a killer sale with a $10 off code (specifically for it... long gone at this point... maybe 2 months ago) along with free shipping. This new one that I'm talking about now I got off Ebay with the Live.com cashback promotion (was 30% off Buy it Now purchases up until last week... now it's 25%).

Thanks for the recommendation on HSF... it's actually $6.99+shipping (I'm afraid to look at shipping price though lol).
