Need homework help! Who knows about politics?

I have to outline a campaign plan that would identify significant considerations for a Latino-American Candidate to be successful in securing a major party nomination for the presidency of the Unites States of America.

Hmmm... I have no idea what a campaign plan might look like. Could someone help me out a bit, give me a little to go on. Would be much appreciated!

im not sure if im supposed to write a general campaign plan: campaign financing, traveling country, drumming up support... etc..., or one that is specific to latino americans. if my teacher wants a plan specifically for a latino american then i must have to actaully say what issues the candidate should address. etc... ugh, im really stumped.
