need home theater remote, suggestions?

Get a Phillips Pronto... those things are amazing. I don't have one yet but it's on my list.

i have a sony av2100 i like it, if i was gonna buy a pronto i will get the color one. oh i got mine for $80. b&w prontos cost like 150 colors cost like 450

I cant afford an extra $300 to have an color lcd, So does the sony 2100 compare to the pronto? Customizable buttons, and macros and all that? Thanks for the Advice Kami/luv2chill,Ameesh.

it has 3 button macros and it can learn up to 96 buttons, it has a touch screen lcd. i like mine my roomie has the pronto but i dont think it was worth twice the money unless your really into your home theater. i just wanted to consolodiate my 8 remotes, its worked great. ohh the other thing is the pronto runs out of batteries fast so you have to constantly charge it, my sony takes AA but they have lasted over 4 months so far and probaly will last another 4 before i have to change em. my roomies pronto needs to be charged everyday.
