Need helping finding light fixutre

Im trying to find a flourescant tube light fixture that hangs on the wall. Im thinking 3-4 ft long. What I want is something that only aims light upwards toward the wall. I drew a bad MS paint drawing to help explain what I mean. Text

Does anybody know where I can buy something like this?

Get a regular single bulb fixture and built yourself a shelf/reflector that suit your need.

Thats my original idea. A simple PVC pipe cut and painted would probably do what I want, but I'd prefer to get a prebuilt design if I can for a reasonable price.
