NEED HELP!!!!

Hello I currently have a P4 641 3.2 Ghz socket 775 cedar mill core cpu. I have an ECS P4M900T-M version 1 motherboard. I am new to overclocking, but I have hit a brick wall!!! Whenever I try to set my buss speed past 220 my system shuts down and I have to reset my bios!!! Any help or advice with this issue would be highly appreciated!!!

I bet you dont have cpu voltage control on that board correct?

It wouldn't matter if it has vcore adjustment or not, it has a Via chipset, which don't have PCI locks. I guess he'll have to live with 3.5 Ghz, which isn't too bad for such a cheap motherboard.
