OK, a friend just called me and told me the following happened:
They where on the Internet and had Internet Explorer open. The computer suddenly froze so they let it sit for about 30 minutes. Nothing happened so they hit the computer's power button to turn it off completely. When they turned it back on they got an error something to the effect of "Operating System Not Found"...
What solutions are there to fix this problem?
