My friend want to buy a gefore ddr, How do you think about Creative Labs Annihilator Pro Geforce DDR card ?
Compared with Asus 6800, which one is better?

I installed a v6800 and it was a sweet card...came with it's own overclocking utility and if you buy the deluxe, you get some other trick stuff too.

I don't have any knowledge of the Creative card...

Actually if you are thinking about overclocking it, the creative labs have had really good luck...BOTH are excellent cards (I have an CL card myself) and if you arent overclocking it then it REALLY wont matter. Both are based on the reference design and pretty much the same...the CL card is a little cheaper (not to mention you can find some good oem's floating around the for sale/trade and the hot deals columns)...

well, they should have almost equal performance. you shouldn't notice the difference (unless you o/c). I choose ASUS coz' I think it is a better quality card. that's all.

for the price the geforce2 mx can almost keep up with the geforce ddrs and it's MUCH cheaper........ creative and asus are both great card manufacturers.
