A friend of mine and myself are working on an idea. Neither one of us have any technical knowledge what so ever.
This idea requires a small button, that can attached say with velcro something similar. Once this button is pressed it would activate a speaker, say up to 50 yards away. This speaker also needs to be small, and once activated by the button, it would make a two second noise as often as the button is pressed. What do I need to make this happen?
 
Guys, guys, I have this ten million dollar idea! I want to cut 3 hours off all delivery times by using a gps like thing that does stuff to packages to make them get delivered faster.
Tell me how I should do it.
