NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried installing some new bios on my brand new PC, and now it won't boot up. The fans start up and then stops, and it just keeps doing that.

I checked the manual, checked the site, checked everything. I tried resetting the motherboard, re-plugging and plugging the PSU, everything. And nothing works. I believe the bios are corrupted.

My setup is a Core 2 Duo E6400, Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3.

Any ideas.

did you remove the CMOS battery and tried the BIOS reset?

just a hint/guess on other things to try.

Yes I believe the BIOS is corrupted too. This is a bad thing.

Unless you have access to another board of the exact same type, you will have to take it to a shop, or get a new chip.
