I have been talking to my local office and getting no where. They have finally stopped billing me, but I'm getting nowhere with them as far as getting a refund. I am planning on emailing this to the corporate customer service center. What do you guys think?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my SEVERE displeasure with my local Liberty National agent. On 11/7/05 I canceled the three policies that I had with your company. I had a life insurance policy for myself as well as my wife and a cancer policy for us both. I was told that nothing would be charged on my debit card and the auto draft for the payment was canceled. However, I was still billed on 11/10 for this policy. I called that day and was told the policy was indeed canceled and I could expect a refund of the charge. Then again on 12/10 I was billed. I called AGAIN and was told that for some reason the account was not canceled and that I should be receiving a check for the two over billings. I was told the time frame for this would be about 2 weeks. Today, 1/23/06, more than 4 weeks later, I am still waiting for this refund. I have received nothing but a run around from my local office and no effort to right there mistake. Please assist me in any way you can. Here are the policy numbers for the three policies:

Have you spoken with your bank about the "fraudulent" charges? They can at least stop future withdrawals.
