Need help with Windows XP UPS service setup

I'm using an APC UPS with Windows XP built in UPS service in power options.

I have it setup to run CloseApp.bat (the only one available by default) and shut down PC gracefully after 5 minutes on battery.

It will prompt and give a little you like ten seconds to make the decision, but if I'm not at the computer, it won't save it.

How do I configure it so that it saves the file before shutting down?
